Housing Enabling Infrastructure

  • This government is investing more than $1 billion through the new Municipal Housing Infrastructure Program to help municipalities get more homes built faster.
  • We are also quadrupling the Housing-Enabling Water Systems Fund to a total of $825 million.
  • This new funding is on top of existing and ongoing provincial investments in housing- and community-enabling infrastructure, including the $1.2 billion Building Faster Fund, the previous $200 million investment in Housing-Enabling Water Systems Fund and the nearly $2 billion Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund.
