Ontario Supporting Grieving Families of Stillborn Children

• Our government is making compassionate changes to support grieving families of stillborn children.
• Now, a commemorative stillbirth document is available to acknowledge the loss of a child for families who have experienced a stillbirth.
• We are also removing barriers to obtaining a certified copy of a stillbirth registration, by eliminating related fees and making the application process easier.
• These changes support grieving families and ease the administrative burden during what is already an incredibly difficult time.
