Alcohol expansion

• We made a promise to the people of Ontario to deliver more choice and convenience and we are delivering on that promise.

• Eligible convenience stores can now sell beer, cider, wine and ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages.
• This phased expansion and rollout ensures our transition to a new marketplace is stable and responsible.
• The government will continue to meet and consult with industry partners, local beverage alcohol producers and other stakeholders and partners to work together on their role in the new marketplace.
